Integration - Birth debrief session

This session is for women who wish to

🌹UNPACK, UNDERSTAND and integrate the different layers of their experience of birth; not just the birth of their baby but also the birth of themselves as a ‘newborn’ MOTHER

🌹Be held in a non judgemental space to dive-deep into the different layers of your birth

🌹Be seen as the ‘woman’ within the ‘mother’

🌹Dive deep, translate and receive the gifts of their journey

In ancient cultures birth was viewed as a ‘rite of passage’ for women. This meant that the birth journey changed a woman and gave her the embodied wisdom, for the upbringing of the next generation and her own transition from a ‘maiden’ to a ‘mother’ (not only in the birth of her first baby). The woman was ‘received’ by her community this way. This part is missing from the birthing scene of our modern societies.    

Taking birth in a medicalised environment and viewing birth only as a physical process of ‘extracting a baby out of its mother’s body’, is leaving ‘gaps’ (and traumas) in the PSYCHE of a woman.

A lot of women after birth, feel not quite clear on what and why things happened the way they happened. I use my experience as a birth doula, a therapist, a mother and a mystic to support you in integrating the gifts of your journey. 

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

A woman who has integrated her birth experience is taking the power of the gifts her journey has to offer. This makes her empowered rather than disempowered. Our society NEEDS mothers who are in their grounded POWER and embody feminine wisdom.
